[Hallicrafters] Cat Stains

Actually, I did clean the radio since I apparently caught it while still
"Wet". Don't know how the cat got to it, since it was on a shelf with very
little room between the radio and the upper shelf.

Anyway, I hosed down the cabinet with a garden hose. Tough to get out of
the seams. The chassis, I put on an angle on the deck picnic table and ran
windex down the chassis into a rubber maid collecting dish/bin. I needed to
do this a number of times and at this time is good as new. No more odor.

I too have a very sensitive nose when it comes to this, and as with your
wife, she does not notice. Thank GOD I do. BTW, all the cats here are
fixed and we excel in the caring of old and sick animals. Ones that would
have been put down long ago.

Hmmm... This gets into a little sociology, but cats, just like dogs mark
their territory and in the same manner if not position. (I've never seen a
cat with one leg in the air...at least not in that manner or for that
purpose.) Tom cats are noted for "spraying" screen doors, but if "fixed" in

time they don't *usually* do it. Once they've started it's usually "too
late" for the fixing to .. well... fix that. They'll still want to go out
at night, but can't seem to remember why.
