[Hallicrafters] S38D Line safety, Capacitor Location???

Glen,

That is the second time references have been made of a capacitor connected from the chassis
to the cabinet.  I am at work right now, but I do not recall a capacitor connected from the chassis to the outer insulated cabinet, seems crazy to me.  At least not in the S-38E.  Perhaps there is one in the S-38D and I am talking out of school here.  If there is one there, for what reason would this be done?
