Ed, have you checked with N0ALO < http://www.angelfire.com/ks3/n0alo/ >? 
  He doesn't list the HT-31 in the panels he will do, but sez he's still 
sorting through his silkscreens, so it's worth asking.  He was away for 
a while this summer, but seems to be back to it.

In other news, our SX-88 project went on the block tonight (at That 
Place.)  House payments win over the restoration...  I got the belt on 
it, and enjoyed listening to some locals ragchewing on 75 (with 24" of 
wire hanging off it.)  Ah, well, there's other toys still; like the GO-9 
on the porch...
