Not necessarily.  Are the lower case "L" letters the
same height as the "h"?  If so, then the point size is
going to be the same as with the "h".  However, if the
lower case "L" letters are not the same height then
you do have a different "point" for the rest of the
name.  That is definitely not uncoommon for logos,
etc.
