[Hallicrafters] Re: R46 Speaker Grill Cloth

I seem to recall some discussion regarding replacing or re-flocking the
grill cloth on a R-46 Speaker.  
I am in need to do something on two of my R-46 speakers as the cloth on
both units has turned from Grey to Brown.
I didn't take much stock in re-flocking or how to do this as I don't
believe the grills were ever flocked in the first place.  (Maybe flocking
is the closest alternative to restoration).
What is the consensus today among the group for the best way of approaching
this problem?  (I still am very reluctant about flocking as I can't believe
in my mind this will look close to original).
Maybe I should just live with "BROWN"  My guess is there is nothing out
there close to Hallicrafters original grill material to replace old grills.
Maybe original old grills turning Brown is better 
then some replacement that does not look close to original.  Anyone have
any comments on this?  Your thoughts would be appreciated.
