Agree with the above.....Since you have new construction use threaded rod
long enough to reach through the wall (2X4 +) and either insulate the rod in
the wall or leave a space in the insulation.
Use caulk on the base of the insulators to seal.
See an old Handbook for a outside base attachment and spring loading. See
also for lightning protection.
For Coax entrance use PVC pipe The pipe diameter should be able to pass
the outside diameter of a bundle of coax connectors.(figure present
requirements plus any future expansion)
On the outside use a 90 degree elbow, pointed down. Stuff the pipe with
insulation or expandable foam.
