[Hallicrafters] SX-28 S-Meter Zero Pot (R 29)

Well DUH, I guess the pot would show a short with the S-Meter inline  
although it should show at least 100 ohms, boy do I feel stupid. I removed the  meter 
zero pot (R-29) and checked it out of circuit (like I should have in the  
first place) and it checked fine. R-30, a 27 K ohm that precedes the pot,  
measures around 850 K (thanks Joe, W5JDY). I believe the leakage to ground is  from 
good 'ol paper bypass caps leaking along the 280V B+ line. I guess  it's time 
to start buying caps and resistors.
