[Hallicrafters] Special Event Check Ins - Please Read

I am receiving certificate requests from some of you with no ready to use
address label included, as requested. This was posted here numerous times, given
on the air during the Special Event many times by all NCS and relay stations and
posted on the HCI web site. 	
	
Please be sure to send the ready to use address label with your name and address
on it! Certificates will only be sent to those who do.
