[Hallicrafters] Parted out Radios

As another restorer, I sometimes have to decide when not to proceed unless
for sentimental reasons. One has to determine when it just isn't worth it.
But the older they get their condition at the point of doing it or
forgetting it gets less. One has to develop an eye of looking under the
grime and dirt to see its real condition. If it's not worth it today,
maybe in a few more years it will be. Store it to minimize its
deterioration.
This parting out just doesn't happen in our vintage radio arena. I just
watched one of those learning channel type programs a couple days ago that
builds custom hot rods. They parted out a WORKING model-T because they
wanted the body for a custom rod. That's the kind of stuff that makes no
sense.
