[Hallicrafters] echophone by hallicrafters

I have inherited an echophone of my father's and would  like more
information about it. The model # is EC-113. It just "hums" now and the
light turns on. I remember listeing to it when I was a younger girl and
thought it was pretty neat. If its possible to fix and restore I would love
to do that but I know nothing about tubes, electronics etc. If there is help
out there please let me know.
