[Hallicrafters] HT-37 Electrolytic Cpapcitor Working Voltage

Unfortunately, 475 volt capacitors are a very rare
commodity these days! I wouldn't trust an original as
far as I could throw and elephant!

Also, most capacitors are tested at 20% over-voltage
and the original should have been specified at least
25 % over in voltage. Thus, a 450 volt capacitor
should work fine.

Besides, the low voltage in an HT-37 doesn't come
close to 450 volts!

Not necessarily with today's higher line current! Why
gamble, get the right one.

Working Voltage

This capacitor is rated at 475 VDC. I have a number
of the can type > electrolytic capacitors but the
highest WV rating I have is 450 VDC.
