Hi Bill;
Here I am again. Sounds normal to me. A small drift on AM is not very
noticeable as audio is derived from the difference in frequency between
the carrier and the sidebands. Since they all come from the transmitter,
they maintain their frequency relationship even when they drift. They all
drift together. Not distorted. On SSB even a small drift is bad as the
carrier is inserted by the receiver (BFO) but the when sideband drifts,
the difference frequency (audio frequency) changes, causing distortion.
