[Hallicrafters] Re Statistical Averaging

I think it was P.T. Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute and two 
to take him", W.C. Fields adds "Never give a sucker an even break". Aesop, 
"A fool and his money are soon parted". etc. etc.
