[Hallicrafters] WTB: SX-42 parts

Hi all;

 I finally got a SX-42 that I have always wanted. Unfortunately, it is
missing 2 parts:

1. The tuning lock knob. It is the small, front knob of the 3 tuning
knobs. I believe it is a bar knob.

2. The shield cover for the tuning capacitors. The 4 posts are there but
no cover. I could probably make one if I knew the configuration. Having
never seen one I don't know how far it goes down on the sides or if there
are dividers in it. If nobody has one for sale can someone describe it to
me?

Any help with the above will be appreciated. Thanks.
