[Hallicrafters] Solid state items.

Good Evening.

The other day, I was given two Solid state Devices mounted in a octal base.

The first item is a 1N1230. This crosses to a 5R4. Can this be used in my
HT-37?

The second item is a 1N2389. This one crosses to a 5U4. Should I beware of
this device?
