thanks mike for that info. i live in paris tenn. i have already replaced the 10 mfd 50v cap . 17 in all, except the can.should i replace the can itself, or replace it with three seperate caps?and will it make a big difference in working? because it is dead now. it was working on 40 mtrs after recapping , the meter was working too. but the next day nothing.   jerry watkins  n4tbu
