[Hallicrafters] S-36A stuck tunning

[DA]

I'm a bit new at this so hopefully there might be some
helpful souls out there. The issue is this, my S-36A
doesn't cruise through the bands, it's a though its
stuck in one position. The tubes seem to check out
fine and no the cord or string is not broken. Where do
I start to rectify this?
