Since the tolerance on the original capacitor was -50%
/ + 80% that means that it could be as low as 5 mfd
and as high as 18 mfd and that the "new" one is
probably the same tolerance which would mean that it
could be as low as 10 mfd and as high as 36 mfd I
would say "go for it"!

If things don't work out, then you can always replace
the capacitor with single replacements from a place
like Mouser that are MUCH smaller in physical size
these days and usually have a +/- 20% tolerance.
