I traded off a Collins 75A1 (s/n 4) during the
mid-1970s when you had to almost pay for someone's gas
to haul off the old "boat anchors" (sure wish I had it
back!).

However, if you look at the new prices from the 1940s
through the 1960s and adjust for inflation, they cost
a whole lot more than a lot of the "modern" equipment.
