Wow!  Don't' change these dangerous caps and you wind up burning your house
down, maybe killing your whole family then it spreads to your neighbors
house, and might kill all of them.  A little off the deep end there I think.

But, while a bad cap can be explosive, they can be fun too.  I remember as a
kid, I found that if you take an electrolytic and wired a cheater cord
directly across the axial leads, put it in an upside down jar on a bench and
then plugged it in.  You stood back about 10 feet with protective goggles on
and BOOM!@!

Lots of fun but pretty messy.  Yeah, change the caps.
