[Hallicrafters] Max De Henseler

[Charlie]

Max De Henseler, HB9RS,  wrote a "pre-Dachis" Hallicrafters book entitled
"The Hallicrafters Story", published through the Antique Radio Club of
America in 1991.    He was directly associated with Bill Halligan and
obtained much of the material for his book from Bill and also from Fritz
Frank, both of whom he interviewed.  While not a sophisticated as the Dachis
book, it does however contain a lot of other material.

At the time of the book's publication, Mr. Henseler, born in Geneva in 1933,
was the Director and Curator of the Swiss Audiovisual Museum in Monteux.

He holds a PhD in Sciences and retired from the United Nations after 30
years as chief of Cartography.
