[Hallicrafters] Sky Buddy band spread dial

Steve,

In the interest of getting this right is it definitely an S-19 (single 
tuning knob with geared bandspread) and not an S-19R (separate tuning 
and bandspread knobs)?  The "R" version is considerably more common.
