[Hallicrafters] Missing S Meter on SX-101

I've been patiently restoring a "sows ear" condition SX 101 thats missing a fair bit of 
hardware.
The entire dial scale and lamp holder (lighting arrangement) is missing which 
includes the S meter.
I'm going to fabricate a replica dial scale, but I need to know what type of meter 
(value, range etc) I could use where the original is missing.
