[Hallicrafters] SX-17 and Matching Speaker

After a 2 year search, I finally found a matching speaker to my SX-17.
It is in pretty poor shape,
but the speaker is in good condition.  I have to replace the speaker
cloth (grill), and must make a new
wooden "H".  I have 3 questions about this speaker.
 
1st - I know there is a 12T speaker that is quite large.  The 12T
cabinet is taller than the SX-17 cabinet and
except for the height difference, has the same finish as the SX-17.
However, the speaker I just acquired,
seems to be a miniature version of the 12T maybe a 12S for shorty.  It
is the exact same height as the SX-17
and is a perfect match.   Anyone know its type # ?  
 
2nd - Anyone have a good place for speaker grill cloth ?
 
3rd - Anyone know where or how to match the black paint of an SX-17?
