You may need to do without the 500 ohm output tap. Here's what to do:
1) Measure the distance between mounting holes on the original transformer.
2) Go the the Hammond web page and find the transofrmer that fits:

-- A. Decide if you want wire leads for both primary and secondary.
-- B. Pick the right transformer that fits.
3) Go to the AES page to see if they sell that transformer:

-- A. If so, order it.
-- B. If not, find other Hammond distributors who do.
4) Wait till the thing arrives and install it.
5) Listen happily ever after.
