[Hallicrafters] Join Sunday 20 Meter Net

Please join us on Sunday September 21st for the Hallicrafters Collectors
International, HCI, 20 meter Net. It will commence with the pre-Net at 12:45 PM
EDT, (1645 UTC). The Net proper begins at 1:15 PM EDT, (1715 UTC). The frequency
will be 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the annoying sound
of Canadian Honkers doing practice touch and go landings on the pond south of
the house as they prepare for their annual trek to Florida to bask in the warmth
of the southern Sun and gorge themselves on the seafood scraps tossed out by
Longjohn Slivers employees because they can't figure out how to turn on the
garbage disposal units! These are the same people who flood the bathroom because
they hold the flush lever down on the urinal until the water spills out onto the
floor. The kind of people you jus tlove to send on a scavenger hunt to steal the
flush handle off an outhouse!       	
	
So if you hear an infernal racket in my background that sounds like women
wrestlers discussing each others ancestral lineage, it is just those Canadian
Honkers venting vapors out their tailpipes from the pickled sardines and hard
boiled eggs they ate out of the neighbor's compost pile. He is trying to save
the environment by not using plastic trash bags and putting his garbage out to
the road. The rest of us are taking target practice for the coming alien
invasion by shooting the Rats hanging around that compost pile for the daily
buffet he serves up!  	
	
I hope I can hear you over the Canadian Honkers kicking in their after burners!

you might have for cooking dead Rats, sure are a lot of them out there!
