If I am wrong, please someone correct me, but it is my understanding that
using a balanced antenna such as a dipole you don't need to worry about a RF
ground, only a saftey electrical ground. If the house electrical system is
grounded propery, you should be able to just use that.
I would also recommend jotting down a quick tune up sheet to refer to while
you are operating. I use a 32b which is very similar to the 37, and having
a checklist handy was a great help during those first couple of contacts to
make sure you didnt miss a step. After a couple days the tune up procedure
becomes second nature and really takes no time at all.
