I speak from experience as a friend helped me unload mine and before I could
stop him he picked it up in the natural way which left him holding an open
cabinet top, which was another reason for redoing the inside. It bent the PS
chassis from the weight of the transformer and it bent the mounting ears on
the transformer.

Fortunately, both were easy to straighten without leaving marks and it still
worked.
