[Hallicrafters] SX-71 s meter help

Finally got this beast to come alive-BUT need help in where to look to get the S-meter to respond- Replaced S-meter pot on back- 82 ohm resistor measures ok. Just no life in the meter response even on nice loud signals.Show very little movement. Tnx Joe  WS0E
