[Hallicrafters] HA-1 Regulator Tubes

A lot of the 0A2 regulating tubes don't seem to glow
that brightly.  I know that the ones in my Heath VF-1
VFOs (have 2 of them) don't glow much at all.  You
just want to make sure that they don't drop out under
load.
