[Hallicrafters] expedition

Hi Gang.  I was the operator on the Hallicrafter dxpedition in 1948 to VQ3, 
VQ4 and VQ5 (Tanganyika, Kenya and Uganda). See QST December 1993 page 59 for 
some of the story.  Unfortunately the logs were lost after the expedition.  I 
would like to hear from any of you who had a qso with the expedition - date, 
band, etc.  I've heard from some swl's of that period, from England and 
Germany. We made about 4000 qsos, in 123 countries, 39 zones and all states 
except MT.  Most contacts were on 10 meter phone or 20 meter cw.
