[Hallicrafters] Tell me about the SX-28

You can find SX-28's in whatever condition you want, up to around $300
for one in excellent shape. Many have fallen by the wayside over the
years but Hallicrafters built 50,000 of these for the war effort so they
are in no danger of extinction. When you see WWII documentary footage
with American SW radio receivers they are usually National HRO's,
Hammarlund Super Pro's, or Hallicrafters SX-28's.

Cheers, Rich
