Seems to me the phrase was also copied by one of the Warner Brothers
characters, possibly Daffy Duck. I remember Chester A. Riley fairly well, but
not as well as Fibber McGee and Molly, or Jack Benny. Sometimes, if I listen
real carefully, I can hear faint echoes of Jack Benny from my S-19 - even
with the switch in the "off" position.
