[Hallicrafters] HA-1 question

I have a question for all HA-1 to keyer owners. When i first turn
on my ha-1 it runs at a faster speed than slowes down after 30min.
It runs at a steady speed after that warm up. I simply adjust my sending
to compensate. Is this normal or do i have some unstable componets?
