[Hallicrafters] TO Keyer

Sandy,

I have had at least one TO Keyer where the internal components had been 
changed to revise the speed ranges. Check the schematic against the unit and 
I would bet that you will find some "revisions."

The schematic for the Keyer is available from several locations on the web if 
you do not have one with the unit.
