[Hallicrafters] SX-28 chassis cleaning again

OK.  I did it.  3 hours later the chassis is CLEAN.
Formula 409, then taped over tube sockets, careful application
of brass polish, little scrubbing, formula 409 again, then a wipe
down with a damp sponge.  Chassis looks a lot better.  It is not
really polished it is just clean.  Very much like the way the chassis
looked when it was young.

I guess the front panel and geartrain are next.  Looks like a 
walk in the park compared to a R-390.
