[Hallicrafters] SX101A and HT37

I had an HT-37 way back when, for a couple of years. Never had a bit of
trouble with it.
It worked great on SSB and CW. The phasing SSB generator is very easy to
adjust. Just tweak the two controls for minimum carrier. As for AM, I
think I'd pass on using it on the 37.
I used to listen on the receiver, in addition to minimum indication on the
meter.
