    The tip for the Hustler antennas consists of moving the trap covers only, 
up and down to fine tune the particular band you are working on.  To raise 
the frequency move the cover down and to lower the frequency move it up.  This 
will have no affect on any band but the one you are interested in.  I set mine 
up according to the measurments in the instruction manual and then went from 
there.
