[Hallicrafters] Tuning Your Vertical

During today's HCI 20 meter Net, K0EJF was mentioning the difficulty he was
having in getting the swr correct on his Hustler vertical for various bands. Don
K0TNP offered a very interesting fix for the problem. Don? Please post your
suggestion here for all to read. An excellent way to keep that Halli humming
along happily without any antenna tuner in line.
