[Hallicrafters] R-46B speaker grills?

Hi.
Yesterday I received the R-46B matching speaker to go with my SX-71
blackface receiver. It seems to be in pretty good condition with the
exception the of actual grill. I 'think' these things were at one time
"flocked" but this one has been worn down or lost it's flocking and most of
it looks like windowscreen now.
What is the accepted or best method to make these things look better. I
imagine that reflocking them are out of the question.
BUT, it is nice to finally have a matching speaker for my SX-71 blackface.
Now, all I have to do is find the intermittent noise or crackle and fix it
and put the receiver back in the "right seat" of the DXing bench.
