[Hallicrafters] Lloyd Godsey, KK7IZ, and the "blooming S-meter" cure.

I was so impressed with the recently offered cure for the SX-28
"blooming S-meter case" problem that was offered by Lloyd, KK7IZ, that I
ordered one of his kits.  I've written up a little review with my
comments on the kit along with a few photos of my recently acquired
SX-28, complete with 50+ years accumulation of dust, dirt, etc. to
illustrate the installation of Lloyd's gizmo.  I hope it is helpful.
