     In the world that I come from SHIT stands for  Special High Intensity 
Training.
That's what you need to deal with the customers who fall into the DEU 
classification.
That stands for Defective End User.  It also has a service department variation
known to all service and sales managers as DST.  That stands for Defective 
Service Technician.
It seems that all the radios that I get through here have suffered from 
both maladies.
