[Hallicrafters] 6146 again

I know Glen will chime in with his good 6146 thoughts but I've been using
a mixture of A's and B's in my Valiant final for years without any
problems. My general rule of thumb is to use what you can get your hands
on, meter readings are within spec, tubes don't demonstrate internal
fireworks, final doesn't break into oscillation, local TV's screens don't
turn blue when you transmit, etc. But then again, I also don't replace
all the caps in a rig when I bring one home from a hamfest. 

This topic has had almost as much play as the "ARRL violates bandplan" 
discussion on QRZ but it's fun to review it over and .....
