Remember, Sunday April 6th at 2:00 AM the daylight savings time program kicks
in. Set your time pieces, sun dials, digital things and wind up wonders ahead
one hour. That is, if your area goes on daylight savings time, of course. 
Spring ahead, and Fall back. 	
	
Hence, the HCI 20 meter pre-Net will be at 12:45 Pm EDT, (1645 UTC). The Net
proper is at 1:15 PM EDT, (1715 UTC).
