As time permits, our USAF Lt. Colonel Web Master, Fred Mooney, KA1DGL will be
adding many items of interest to the Hallicrafters Collectors International web
site. His work schedule, as you can well imagine, has been 25/8 presently.

Some items have been automatically updated, so checking different areas always
yields some surprises, such as the Blast From The Past or the Photo Gallery.

Coming in the near future will be the story about the Minerva Tropic Master WW2
morale reciever with several photos. The cabinet was restored to its original
color and texture by the master himself, N0ALO, Lynn Brock. What a piece of work
he did here! I am anxious for each of you to have an opportunity to glimpse this
true piece of history. It goes into the "Hallicrafters Wanna Be" section -

Coming soon will also be several dozen glimpses into the past of Hallicrafters
as gleaned from publications in the late forties to middle fifties. Fascinating
information! Stuff not even Chuck Dachis knew about. (Chuck is my friend, so I
can rib him a little!) If you do not have a copy of his book: "Radios By
Hallicrafters", do purchase one! There are two versions: volume one and volume
two. If you do not have either, than just buy volume two. It contains all of the
first book, plus more.
