I use Microsoft Photo Editor to open and print graphic files from BAMA and
it work great. I use a Laserjet 4L as my printer. This might relate more
to the printer but I expect most printers have similier features.

First I open up the Print dialog box
Second go to Printer Properties
Third make sure that the Dithering is checked as NONE (this is very
important to get a good print)
Fourth increase the Intensity a little if the first test print goods like it
need it.
Fifth return to the Print dialog box and check "Fit to Page" What this
does is resizes the image to fit to the max size on my paper
Sixth check Center to have the image centered on the page.
Last hit Print and check out the final work.

I doubt if any other program will do it an better and faster and what is
nice Microsoft Photo Editor is free withWindows if that option was installed
when Window was installed. (I use Windows 95 and 98 so know it comes with
these but not sure about newer Windows operating systems) I also use
Photoshop but Photo Editor is a lot easier to use. It will not work with
Acrobat files but will take almost any graphic file.
