[Hallicrafters] Piggy bank

Hello Hallicrafters experts.

I happened upon a very unusual Hallicrafters item a few months back and
wonder if anyone knows about this:  It's a piggybank, evidently given as
promo for their television line.  It has a picture of a Halli TV, and ont
the screen "hallicrafters EASY ANGLE TUNING".  In bold print below: "TV
BANK".  on the back is a white sticker applied by the dealer "TV OUTLET 346
W. MARKET ST.  YORK, PA.  PHONE 98177 YORK"

Anybody know what year these were made?
