[Hallicrafters] Knob wanted

I have an old SX71 that is far from any kind of collector quality.  I just want 
to use it on the bench as an SWL receiver.  

I need the "Reception Control" knob.  I'd like it readable but it certainly 
doesn't have to be perfect.  Just usable.  

While I'm at it, I haven't checked Surplus Sales, but I wonder if they have 
dial cord?  I'd like to restring the dials on this fine old rig.  (This is 
probably an attempt to recapture my youth as I was using one of these with a 
Viking II back when both were new. But I can't afford to collect radios these 
days.  I'd just like to get this monster working properly.)

Anyone having a spare knob around let me know how much.
