[Hallicrafters] Larry In WA Asks -

I have a SR-400a. When I turn the rf level all the way down, I still have output
on 20, 40 and 80 meters. About ten watts. Is this normal?	
	
The schematic does not match the set well. Is there an updated one or an
addendum from Hallicrafters still available from someone somewhere?
