[Hallicrafters] Shipping by US Postal Service

I have heard that FedEx is contracted to handle all the priority packages 
from USPS.  Don't know how true this is or to what extent, but there is now 
a fedex drop box right next to the entrance to our post office.  This is a 
federally owned one, not a contract one.  Anyone have the real story????
